Description

Smallholder farmers around Banko Chelchele in Gedeb supply cherries to the washing station, where EDN Ethiopian Coffee processes them. Whole cherries undergo 24 hours of anaerobic fermentation, then dry on raised beds for two to four weeks.

Whole beans, roasted for pour-over. Choose a 100 g or 250 g bag. We do not offer grinding.
