Description
This Castillo coffee undergoes controlled fermentation and thermal-shock washing. An initial 72-hour anaerobic stage is followed by a further fermentation with a developed yeast culture.
Whole beans, roasted for pour-over. Choose a 100 g or 250 g bag. We do not offer grinding.
