Israel Degafa processes this Wush Wush coffee from smallholder farmers. Selected cherries ferment in sealed bags for 96 hours before finishing on raised drying beds, producing a wine-like finish.
Whole beans, roasted for pour-over. Choose a 100 g or 250 g bag. We do not offer grinding.
