About these terms

These terms apply to use of the Fabled Lot store and purchases made through it. Please read them before placing an order. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to that use or purchase. If you have questions, contact hi@fabledlot.com.

Our Shipping & Returns Policy and, when you select a subscription, our Subscription Policy form part of the purchase terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Your account & use of the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have the involvement of a parent or guardian who is. Provide accurate account, contact, payment, and shipping information, and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful activity. We may limit access or decline an order where reasonably necessary to protect customers or the store.

Coffee & product information

Our coffees are whole beans roasted for pour-over and offered in 100g and 250g bags. We do not offer grinding. Product pages identify the coffee and available options; origin, harvest, and processing information reflects the information available for that offering.

Tasting notes describe sensory impressions and are not an ingredient list or a guarantee that every brewing method will produce the same flavors. Please review each product’s processing information and contact us if you have ingredient or dietary questions. Photos and illustrations help describe the collection; packaging and appearance may vary without changing the product you ordered.

Orders, prices & payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars. The order total, shipping charge, discounts, and any applicable tax are shown before you place your order. Use a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment options depend on the checkout, your device, and provider eligibility.

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error is discovered, or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for items we cannot supply. We will not increase the price of an order you have already placed without your agreement. Any refund or cancellation required by law remains available.

Shipping, returns & subscriptions

Orders are subject to the dispatch, delivery, and support terms in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Coffee is not returnable for a change of mind; remedies for damaged, incorrect, defective, or otherwise nonconforming goods remain available.

Recurring orders require selecting a subscription option. Monthly billing, cancellation, payment changes, and renewal support are explained in the Subscription Policy. A one-time order does not create a subscription.

Third-party services

The store uses third-party services for features such as payments, optional Google sign-in, and address suggestions. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy notice. This does not remove Fabled Lot’s responsibilities for your order.

Address suggestions use Google Maps Platform and are subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Google’s information practices are explained in the Google Privacy Policy.

Site content & availability

Fabled Lot’s name, branding, written content, and other site materials are owned by us or used with permission. You may browse and use the store for personal shopping. Commercial reuse of protected site materials requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.

We work to keep the store accurate and available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Contact us if you notice an error or need help with an existing order.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not supplied. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Changes & questions

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future purchases. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated in advance as described in the Subscription Policy. Please contact us first with concerns so we can try to resolve them.
